Please note the hotel is currently closed
- Rooms must be fully paid for on reservation via Bank transfer or cheque through the post. This eliminates social distancing at reception on arrival.
- Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to the day of check in time, unless due to government restrictions where full refund is given.
- No show's will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- Rooms are available from 3pm - 9pm on the day of arrival.
- We request that guests vacate their rooms by 11am on the day of departure.

- Whilst you and your guests are at the Hotel Port Dinorwic we ask that you make every effort to safeguard the fixtures and fittings. Offensive or illegal behaviour may result in individuals or the entire party being asked to leave the premises, in which case no refunds will be given.
- Hotel Port Dinorwic cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to you or your guest’s property.
- Please note Facilities are limited at the hotel following lockdown, there is no swimming pool, restaurant, breakfast or bar.
