Booking Conditions
- Rooms must be fully paid for on reservation via card, bank transfer or Paypal.
- Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to the day of check in time, unless due to government restrictions where full refund is given.
- No show's will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- Rooms are available from 3pm - 9pm on the day of arrival.
- We request that guests vacate their rooms by 10:30am on the day of departure.

- Whilst you and your guests are at the Hotel Port Dinorwic we ask that you make every effort to safeguard the fixtures and fittings. Offensive or illegal behaviour may result in individuals or the entire party being asked to leave the premises, in which case no refunds will be given.
- Hotel Port Dinorwic cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to you or your guest’s property.
- Please note facilities are limited at the hotel; there is no swimming pool, restaurant, breakfast or bar.
